Anna Mary Wheeler

Anna Art Goat

An exhibition of paintings
Official function Saturday 31st January, 5pm
This current body of work emanates from the energy of painting in two studios. One in her Central Coast studio and the other is her most recent new art studio in Surry Hills. This bigger space has allowed for some larger paintings of bold, brightly coloured abstract/figurative paintings. Anna has been further experimenting with her drip painting world. She has delved into her unconscious in these works. Colour has played a major role once again in these new works. Fluoro paints play an esssntial role on her themed pallete. So take a ride into Anna’s world of colour and sensuality on the canvas! Anna says “I want these paintings to make you feel like you’ve never felt before. Let the colour touch your eyes and caress your senses. Feel positive and vibrant with this body of new paintings of energy and vitality…” Anna is in private collections all over the world.

PATRICK GRIFFIN

“A joint show with the legend of the Tap Gallery Surry hills, Lesley Dimmick, I shall be showing my heart filled work of the movement that I originated in London 8 years ago and is still running today. This was an amazing journey into the generosity of fine people who all donated their time and talents to bring about a charity to help folks suffering from mental health issues. All money Patrick Griffin & Lesley Dimmick - Duo Exhibition - TAP Gallery raised is donated to MIND through our charity. I was the official photographer for all music 🎵 and Art exhibitions for OutsiderArt London. I hope that the fine folks of Sydney town get something out of this special evening. Tap Gallery Surry hills on Wednesday 10th December from 6 until 9. Looking forward to seeing you all on the night.”
