TAP INC. is an Incorporated Association (non – profit organisation). The gallery is a facility where the responsibility is entirely up to the artists. The artists pay a fee to contribute to the running costs including rent, electricity, paint, maintenance and so on. All labour and services of the management committee are on a unpaid, voluntary basis. The gallery is a much needed facility and provides emerging artists & performers an opportunity to workshop their skills. It can also be a stepping stone. Many artists have firstly performed at TAP then moved on to commercial success. There have also been many established actors & playwrites who prefer the freedom of their own productions with an open – policy space such as TAP.If you wish to support the gallery join and become a member. There are many benefits.
