Caught Short's July 3 screening features a mixed bag of shorts from Sydney and beyond, with films from New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia set to light up Darlinghust’s Tap Gallery. Caught Short prides itself on giving audiences the chance to see films outside of the mainstream festival circuit and creating a dialogue between audiences and filmmakers.

 Join some of the filmmakers and the caught short team for a drink in the bar from 7.30pm. Full program details:

A nameless man breaks into a house. The owners are away but the neighbours still visit...

 The Womb - dir Ruth Bell
A busy morning inside a made-to-order baby agency, where customers check boxes to create the offspring of their dreams.

Shot in gorgeous B&W, this film follows a young boxer as he fights for a new future.

A dark comedy set amongst an alien invasion in the 1960's

A local boy has gone missing and there is a lump in the swimming pool...
